First, when I applied I was showed a two bedroom upstairs but when I arrived on my move in day it was downstairs! I was told by the manager they moved me because they gave that apartment away to someone else! So they only had this apartment available but they never told me the people above were already a problem. The first night of my move in was hell it was seven people in a two bedroom apartment and kept us up all night with music and kids yelling plus running. I have a special needs child who has multiple conditions including legally blind and it had her screaming crying because of the vibration of the floor . Next morning I went in the office to see if they could move me somewhere else and was told they would work on it! Three weeks passed by while still experiencing hell and went to the office she told me thereâs nothing available. I explained to her me and my daughters are not getting any sleep so she told me to call the police after office hours. I did three times and they still continue making our life a nightmare. So I stopped complaining since nobody wasnât doing anything and started turning my tv loud to make sure my blind daughter couldnât hear them. Secondly, I paid my extra rent for five months but when I looked on the portal it said I was late and had a lot of late charges but I never was late. I went in the office to let them know I paid extra rent for five months but the portal was not reflecting that at all so she said she would fix it and the extra income would apply to the upcoming months. So next morning I was locked out of the portal and people in the office started giving me the run around and I couldnât even access the portal no longer. Thirdly, the apartment people decided to put the complex on Xfinity internet and my neighbors in 83 started taking my internet and the maintenance guy would clean up stairs and also trying to interfere with my WiFi too.! Fourthly, I finally got another neighbor with unruly kids that had the same problem that the last neighbor who used to live there! She told me she also asked for an apartment downstairs but when she came it was upstairs and had a guy from the office to help assist them in messing up my internet connection too. So she obliged to assist them thatâs why she was messing with my internet. The maintenance guy was everywhere I went whether it was the laundry room or outside my doors smoking a cigarette which was weird to me.. So I would put in orders but he never came to fix anything so I had to purchase lights for the oven after a month of waiting. Finally, we got a new manager that I thought would change things but that was not the case at all. I filled her in and she told me if I called the police she needs a police report but I gave her an incident number the police gave me on my neighbor interfering with my WiFi and nothing was done. I gave a 30 day notice and told her I will take my daughters and I to a shelter then live there. Now on my move out date I put a couch and table in the garbage and to my surprise here comes the manager and maintenance guy coming to my door to complain about the furniture. So I told her I had seen everybody else so she said yes I know but we catching people now. First thing is everybody I watched move out was not watched or harassed on their move out day but I was. She said I can pay someone she knows to pick it up and I told her no Iâll do it myself. An hour later the pick up company started taking my stuff and I told them to take it off because Iâm doing it myself and she said she had wasted gas so I told her to take it up with the manager because I told her no. Next Iâm cleaning up sweeping about to mop the floor her comes the front desk lady basically rushing me to hurry up so I can turn in the keys. It was. I reach out to the management team the supervisor for the manager and she never returned my call so I called her boss not a callback at all. Oh they also painted over black mold which made us sick too.! Iâll be praying for them all because God said vengeance is His!
