Great area, management is very friendly always answers any questions I have. Inside of the apartments are well kept up, my husband and I haven’t lived in apartments in almost 10 years now but we do love this place.

The management of this apartment is the worst management ever we've been cleaning the apartment every day the carpet was totally clean just when u moved I don't have time to clean the refrigerator and vacuum the carpet they return 122 out of 500 deposit I could bring some one to clean for 50 $or handred maximum but I did not had time for that you guys just took all this money for nothing I don't know what I have to say but that's not right at all its the worst experience ever if I could put zero star I will do it .. never ever think that they gonna return the deposit for u when u move that's how they do money from people's money they creat a lot of resons just to not return ur miney am so glad we moved old apartments dirty and unsafe area in 6 months Cob came 3 times to the apartment because of problems .. the lady that she was living in the first floor was controls us no sounds after 6 o'clock pm smells nasty from weed .. every thing is brand new inside the apartment right but fake and the cheapest from the first use gonna damage and it's gonna need fix .. the only thing is the good over there is the manger michalle she's cool and nice but she couldn't do anything because she's just doing the rules that they gave her .. zero star zero star zero star

I love living here. The apartment is beautiful and everything is new. I live on the top floor and it is really comfortable. The rooms are relatively soundproof, which can get annoying when trying to talk to my roommates, but otherwise blissful. It's a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.

Parkwood Apartments is a great place to live, My girlfriend and i just moved here and we love that it is a gated community and quite, other things we like are the Apartments are remodeled and are clean inside and out. The people that we have met so far seem to be really friendly and the managment at parkwood is awsome.

I love these apartments! It's a quite complex and All the neighbors are very friendly! My husband and I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking! The management is great and the people are friendly. You won't regret living here at all because I know we have no regrets!! :D

These apartments are old. They do not have central air. We lived on the top floor, and the air conditioner was not strong enough to keep the apartment cool during Summer. There were car break-ins in this gated community for several months. The thieves were cutting catalytic converters off of old cars. We were not warned, so they hit us for $1000 of equipment we stored in our car. On our last month, I paid rent for 22 days, since that was what we had declared we would stay. When they calculated the deposit usage, they charged us for rent again for those 22 days. Since they don't give out receipts when you pay rent, I;m screwed. The management is dishonest. We heard them bragging how people were still paying them money after not living there for 2 years. We saw them throw people out of the complex for what I felt was unjustified circumstances. Don't move here. Go to the apartments on North Texas street north of Walmart. They are the same price, and much nicer, newer apartments.
