Similar to the review by Quentin Charles below, I had the same experience with Parkwood. Prior to move out, I was in constant communication with Luz and Morgan about a balance that was due for a SODA that needed to be completed - I was ready to pay whatever was due at the time. Tried to get in contact multiple times and never heard back. This was in 2023. Fast-forward to 2025, I see a random derogatory remark on my credit score for this amount due that Parkwood never attempted once to reach out to me about? Just sent straight to collections without trying to notify me first. Avoid this place at all costs.

How is it that i moved out in January 2024 with a 6 month lease that ended in november 2023, with a conversion of a month to month lease and proper notification of a move out process but im still fed to debt collectors. I was given back part of my security deposit but somehow im the one who still owes sequium, ive talked to them and told them that they have to contact parkwood because everything was paid but parkwood has no records or nothing of me being there. i have pictures of my initial lease agreement

Just recently applied to a apartment yesterday and just went to try to talk to the landlord but no one is there everytime I go into the office no one in there just wanted to turn in some paperwork and speak to someone on the phone but no hardly answer the phone ether.

Roaches!!!!! I just moved in on 01/10/2025 and I have had roaches every night. They stated they sprayed my apartment but thatâs not addressing the issue since they continue to show up in my bedroom. I have not been comfortable to sleep in the place I am supposed to call home . Hopefully this review brings to their attention this issue that needs to be addressed immediately and not just glossed over. If nothing is done, legal action will have to be taken. Update 01/28/25 With effort on my end and the apartment I have been 5 days roach free. I still donât like that I have to come in and check each room when I come home just to make sure I see none. But, I do appreciate the apartments swift move to rectify this issue.

I booked a tour on the apartment website, but when I arrived at the office, it was closed. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, nobody showed up. My email to the assistant manager went unanswered, and I have not received an apology or response.

Excellent customer service and care for the tenants! Nice and always willing to help! Jennifer is very professional and very kind. Adrian is always busy working to improve the living environment for the tenants! Definitely would highly recommend!
